• To work closely with employers to secure the college as the primary vocational training organisation in West Cumbria

• To be a key partner in the 14-19 development and secure broad vocational pathways, particularly in further and higher education

• To raise the aspirations of the people of West Cumbria by offering higher education programmes which support economic development.

• To work with a wide range of partners from the public, private and voluntary sectors to achieve its challenging targets
