How long does it take?
Full time 1 year course, up to 16 hours per week over 3 - 4 days.
Who is it suitable for?
This qualification is suitable for a student preparing for employment in the Business sector, particularly in administrative roles where they will be expected top use communication and IT skills, liaise with customers and carry out customer-facing operational roles.
What are the entry requirements?
No previous experience is necessary, but in order to fully benefit from the course you should possess the following skills:
— Ability to write information down
— Read and work through class notes Level 1 Diploma in Business Administration
— Use a calculator
— Listen and contribute to class question and answer sessions
— Have basic IT skills
In addition you should also be:
— Well organised, punctual and conscientious
— Able to pay attention to detail
— Keen to learn and well motivated
