Hairdressing Diploma Level 3 VRQ

What’s on the Course?

You will learn about and expand your existing knowledge on:

-Colour techniques
-Cutting techniques
-Style and dress long hair
-Hair Extensions
-Consultation


How long does it take?

You can do this course either Full or Part Time.

You will need to attend college 1 or 2 days per week for up to 36 weeks including one evening. You also need to spend time each week in industry.


Who is it suitable for?

hairdresser who wants to further their career and has completed a level 2 qualification or equivalent.


What are the entry requirements?

The entry requirements for this course include:

- Level 2 hairdressing or equivalent qualification
- Currently working in the industry
- Ability to work independently
- Subject to interview/skills test


What can I do next?

After successfully completing this qualification you will be able to enhance your career prospects in a wide range of salons or advance onto a teaching qualification. You could also progress onto Level 4 qualifications or foundation degree in salon management.


How much does it cost?

Tuition fees still to be confirmed, City & Guilds registration and certificate approximately £100, you will also need to provide your own personal tools.
